Developed Infrastructure and Real Estate in Naga City
The Infrastructure of Naga City is quite well developed. It is quite easily accessible by both air and land. The primary airport of the city is called the Naga Airport. It is located in Barangay San Jose which is located in the nearby town of Pili. The runway is over a thousand meters long. Naga’s total road network is almost two hundred kilometers long. Most of this network is made of concrete whereas a minute amount is also gravel and asphalt surfaced. The most common vehicles used for land transport are trimobiles, jeepneys and padyaks. Padyaks are not very fast vehicles but they are quite effective. Public use jeepeys are also very common amongst commuters. Taxi units are also scattered throughout the city. The road network has been constructed in such a way that it is as connected and efficient as possible. All the major ad minor areas of the city are easily linked together. There is also a widespread phone service throughout the city of naga. This includes both landline and mobile phone services. Major phone companies are DigiTel, BayanTel, Smart, Globe Telecom, and Sun Cellular.
